POSITION SUMMARY: Management of a portfolio of Commercial Landscape Maintenance Accounts. Account Managers must have a strong work ethic, enjoy interacting with the public, and must possess the necessary communication skills to oversee and manage multiple large Commercial Clients.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:
- Manage Crew Leaders and Gardeners of job site duties such as: mowing, edging, weeding, blowing, removal of landscape debris, and pruning utilizing trained company techniques.
- Ensure all crew members have the required tools, training, to complete the job site duties.
- Ensure all crew members have the necessary safety materials, ensure crews are operating safely at all times, and ensure public safety on job site(s).
- Communication, Scheduling, Demonstrate Leadership, and Problem Solve employee and client issues.
- Supervision of landscape power equipment and appropriate fuel and oil levels.
- Responsible for the timeliness and professional appearance of crew members.
- Work well with others in a team environment and be helpful and courteous to customers.
- Work five consecutive 8 hour days during assigned business hours, weather permitting, and be available to work overtime if requested by Operations Manager.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to operate, lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 50 pounds of landscape material and equipment.
- Ability to start and use all landscape power equipment without aid from others.
- Ability to twist, turn, and bend the body frequently.
POSITION EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Ability to operate commercial power equipment such as: Exmark Navigators, Exmark Metros, Walk-Behind Hydro Mowers, Honda Commercial Mowers, Stihl and Echo Trimmers, Weedeaters, and Blowers.
- Ability to safely maneuver a truck and trailer to and from jobsite(s).
- Ability to effectively understand and communicate with crew members.
- Possess an Idaho Drivers License and a clean driving record.
